The holiday home

Eindeloos Asselt is located in Asselt (Swalmen) near Roermond. The holiday home is a stone’s throw from the Asseltse Plassen and has a private garden with bicycle shed. Free WiFi is available in the holiday home.

Maastricht is 48 km from the holiday home, while Valkenburg is 43 km away. The nearest airport is Maastricht-Aachen, 40 km from the property.

Layout

Our farmhouse is divided into 2 houses. We live with our family in the front part and the holiday home is located in the rear part. The holiday home consists of an entrance hall with access to the living room and kitchen, as well as a toilet, separate laundry room and stairs leading to the upper floor. From the hall you walk straight into the living room, which has very large windows with a large sofa and TV, as well as a reading corner for reading a good book in the afternoon sun. From the living room you walk through the dining room, which offers more than enough space for 6 people, to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an induction hob, combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer and Dolce-Gusto coffee maker.

If you go up the stairs you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, each with their own character. All three bedrooms have luxurious box springs and are furnished with a lot of love and attention for your convenience. There is also a bathroom on the upper floor with a shower and separate bath, 2 sinks and a toilet.

The garden is located on the east and is beautiful in the morning with the rising sun. There is a storage room in the garden for bicycles (charging point available). There is a playing field with landscaped borders. From the garden there is a grand view of the Asselt lakes.
